hi moons here, just put message on warning people about bettertax , guess what it hasnt been put on. wonder why. b bye for now.

Whos RMT stevo62 ?, Better tax always seem helpful to the lads on here and i have seen lads thanking them for their help.

Moons very little get censored here mate , so you statement is a little odd :suspicious:

Would normally welcome 'moons' to the forum but he seems to have an agenda for starting mischief.
 
yeh lads not out to course bother, but they owed me 6500 pound, and because i was truthfull to the taxman when he phoned me to talk about my claim bettertax went mental shouting at me down the phone and canceled my claim with them, still had no money yet, just be carefull when dealing with these people thats all.

Your message has not been removed at all. You obviously didn't post it properly. All of the sponsors on here are not immune for criticism, providing it is genuine.

However, I would be very careful when making accusations of this nature!

This does not sound like Better Tax and I am sure they will be along to help you out shortly.
 
ok sf admin, will delete my message saying as it upsets you, however i thought this sight was to look out for each other and warn them of things that might harm them, all i was doing was making people be aware of what could happen to them if they jump in feet first without thinking first as i did. but like i say it will be deleted infact close my account on here if you would. thanks
 
haha, that is not how it works moon. Every man has the chance to ask questions and every man or lady has the chance to answer them. The first thing I would suggest is if the tax man ever calls again tell him to speak to your agent.:idea:

I don't know how you could possibly interpret SF Admins posts as someone who is upset. He's stated this is a free forum and even the sponsors are not immune to genuine criticism. However be aware the BetterTax has a good reputation here so you may find people will be a little sceptical.

moons, you say your were truthful to HMRC when they called you... I find it very odd that they called you direct.

Stevo62, I am very sure the RMT has not warned members about us. And if they have, I think we will be considering action. Perhaps you let me see a copy of this warning.

As always, this is people getting the wrong end of the stick and snippets of info. We are very aware of a man signing up guys, knowing full well that they are not eligible for tax refunds (seafarers rules - which is why the RMT are involved, Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport workers). The last we heard, the man was in police custody for his own protection.

TO BE CLEAR: This man is NOTHING to do with us.

TO CLARIFY FURTHER: We do not do seafarers tax and if you do a search on this forum or read our blog Offshore Rig Workers and Sea Farers Taxl, we make it very clear.
