i'm plannin on doing a harness rescue course some time i was just wondering if any1 can say which i need to go on and a rough cost for it? cheers...

I did a 'Gotcha' course a few months ago... I believe it was about £400 and the course lasted all day.

done the gotcha course only to be told i will or should never get to use it as i am not an advanced first aider and could possibly do more harm than good.
