Handrail systems

We have a handrail job to do on 6 buildings, we can't fix to it or put any legs down to the ground as there is heavy plant and wagons moving 24/7! Does anyone know of any system we could do it in? Also were we could get it from?
 
Nope! Don't think our boss wants the job like cos it seems a nightmare and needs to put couple of us there there mewp tickets t get the job, but been told if we can get it sorted there will be a lot more jobs to do like this!!
 
You got any pics of the job to have a look at pal. Maybe you could use a weighted handrail system and a spider harness point.
 
I don't have pics sorry, there r just massive tin clad wear houses with roof to be filled with solar panels! Most r flat but 2 of the do have a big steep slope on them!
 
A frame handrails then mate. I'll do you a scetch of the one i did in corby for solar panels. We did it out of alley to reduce the weight on the roof.

Quality I've done one like that before lace the back ledger with b&p it will be great

The only problem is........... What's he gonna do for the 2 with the sloping roofs?

Same principle bob......you run it up the roof at the same angle using the same measurements. You then connect the sloping section to the flat section with butts and doubles.

We erected a 600mt roof in 3 days this way......3 erecting and two in mewps getting the gear up.
 
Looks like ya could be the one to help me fill my portfolio out when I get new one sent bk out lol!!:D
 
Dont tell everyone mate but it was the lad that drew it.....lol lol.
To be fair they are both quite brainey only the lad uses his.

No he wasn't den he was being polite that's all as he read what I've posted on another thread " I've put down the hammer and picked up the swing over" lol

It's just as an emphatic statement as " I have a dream " lol
