Can anyone give me a name of a health & safety consultant who dont rip you off ?

I have to have one for any advice i may need in future for a new contract with Taylor Wimpey, who are now insisting on everyone having a consultant H&S advisor

Also what is the best accreditation CHAS OR SAFE CONTRACTOR or if anyone has advice on that too please
