So I'm looking to buy some alloy beams, so I look in here. So I look at the ad by 'TRAD', note they offer what I want, but no prices, so I ring up the nearest depot, at Andover.

That was over an hour ago. I've been sitting here, when I could/should have been doing something else, something productive.
I guess Andover's too far from Salford HQ for staff standards to be managed effectively.... No sale.
