Welcome to the forum Beefchief,

London is a big city-what part of the capitol are you based? What wage scale is being offered? Are there any fringe benefits eg company car, pension scheme etc.

The reason I ask is that over the past months several good scaffold companies have advertised and continue to do so. This makes me believe that in competition with other trades scaffolding companies are not offering anywhere near the market base level necessary to entice in new professional people.
