Getting a Australian 457 Vias

Hi All, Can anyone tell me the best way other than a company sponsor to get a 457 Visa for Austrslia? Or companies willing to sponsor a Advanced Scaffolder? Or aganceys that get the Visa for you?

I was In oz at Christmas I got plenty of offers for work but no sponsorship offers!
Most of the scaffolders out there are kiwi's
And 90% of the work is kwikstage
If you can get out there you would have no worries about getting a job because they love a British scaffolder
I've not ruled out me getting a job out there but if we were a window fitter or a brickie they would let us in tomorrow

No 457 visa for scaffolders as visa only for certain skills. T&F in the West but system in the citys.
