Generic Configuration ???

Just a wee Question

Is there a generic configuration for the Hung Scaffold ( Tube and Coupler )…which are used in Training Facilities ???

I have observed 2 Configurations for the Hung Scaffold

1) had Six droppers
2) had Nine droppers

Im I missing something or is it just to early in the morning lol…

Thoughts please Broz ???

On the training course, I think its six droppers but nine standards on the rear supporting scaffold.

Thanks for that…just that I got images of 6 and 9 droppers…

6 is cool with the plan brace

9 has no provision for plan brace

I don't want to contaminate my data base with out dated configurations

Advanced course was a minimum of 6 hangers , how's things Gerry ?

Your not confusing the your hanging with your dropped canter lever are you Reu :p

I got a few pics from a Bro taken at a Training Centre shows 6 dropper and the plan brace…

Advanced Course illustration shows 9 droppers…

I just require the correct configuration…I much prefer the 6 dropper…

Im going over to assess a few Scaffs in Georgia against the CITB/CISRS Advanced Scaffolders Course Scaff Structure configuration…so I require up-to date configurations...

We are all good here brother , don't take my word on the 6 hangers mate as it's been a few years since I done the advanced course , hopefully one of the lads will be on soon and confirm for certain ;)

Aye, AOM is Instructing at Renfrew, wonder if he can answer the question ???

Must have been in the 80's I went to do the Adv…Im booked on the Advanced Scaffolding in Jan2015, thought it prudent to get an up-to date overview of the Course...

Aye, Alistair is doing well, aom said that he is has to shadow the Basic before moving onto the Advanced…
 
He would be some crack Garry , I have threatened a couple of our young guns if they don't fix up its up to AOM they will go instead of doon the road to our local CITB

One thing did strike me as odd, there is only one NCC College in Scotland, I had a job getting a place, must be a case for at least another Training Provider in Scotland surly ???

i actually saw a few of ur lads phil on high street ken on thursday about tea time bowling down the road with spanners on, ppl crossing over, looked the nuts the SAS would have fooked right off :laugh: you would have been well proud mate:D

Bobby I teach my lads to have self respect and take know s hit on site , that was probably my charge hand Billy and his gang , your gonna love them mate when you meet them at the Crimbo pi ss up , they really are top lads ,
And what the fook is tea time about ? They would be going home at about 3 as they are street lads
 
I don't think I'm talking out of turn Gary if I tell you that it's just the 6 droppers I see.

Things are going great Phil. Enjoying work again and getting fatter every week. The wet windy morning's are a pleasure now.
