Marine have a couple of towers up to the 10th floor level, but the main scaffold hadn't started when I went past earlier this week.

it got put back mate , something to do with the weight of the hoist towers .i dont think the design took the weight of these into account . theres a car park below . i think its got the go ahead now , should be fun
