Gantry over highway forms

I've got to do a gantry over a highway,
The Highway forms say I need to submit a scale plan drawing showing where it is to be over the highway,and a section drawing of the scaffold showing where it causes the most restriction,these drawings can be done be myself and not designed,
Does anyone else have to do this or is this a stupid cornish thing?
Has anyone got a couple pics I could sneak a peak at?

Mmm, think I would involve a designer for this one. Too many variables and far too many expensive sanctions available should any errors arise.

Most councils around here as for that John, just give them a little sketch they won't understand it anyway.
