Hi guys

My client is looking for a gang of guys all part 2's, for a long project in Hatfield AL10.

My client has stressed that he wants local guys only.

Start is 14th Feb

Wage: £13.50 p/hr

Duration: 12 Months

My camel has died on route to job, I will work for goats and cheese now.

As the companies head office is based a few hundred miles from the job, they dont want to have to opay for there own guys to go down, and would rather get guys local to the area.

So why dont they take local guys on their books. Its still easy for a company to pay tax and NI for employees even if they are a few hundred miles away.

Becasue they dont what guys are available around the area, and they dont have the time to get an advert out to find guys.

So they come to the agency as this is what we do, we know the good guys around the area, which makes it a hell of a lot easier for the client, to get on with the job.

I'm just going on what we've heard in the past Mike. There should be no excuses for lads not getting paid on time. If they're being employed through the agency then said agency should ensure they are in a position to pay on time.

Of course and i will ensure that they do get paid on time every time.

What happened in the past was a one off, and i wasnt even working for the company at the time.

i still seem to get the stick for it when all im doing is offering guys work, most on here wont use us anyway becasue of whats has been said, its a shame really because we are starting to get really busy.

As the saying goes " your only as good as your last job". It takes a lot to regain your reputation. That said it looks like a decent rate considering the industry at the minute.

Then why dont they get some agency guys for a week while looking to employ long term local labour.
Its a long term project so they have time to advertise.
They have as much chance of finding good workers as an agency does!!!!!!
 
how come all these agents are asking for local guys only ? if there were local guys available you would not need to advertise and seeing as you cannot get local guys when are they going to take on travelling men to finish these jobs that keep get adverts asking for locals
 
working for RHL is a big gamble lads id stay well clear!!!!
 
ill take your word for it billy dont know what came over me for a moment i nearly made the call **** me that was close whats this iron fighting world coming to when you think of calling agencys for graft .
