Anyone worked for framework on forum may have a start?
 
I got a few mates working for them. They all like working there. They put one of me mates through his supervisor course and another mate through his part 2. If I was looking for work they would be my first choice. I only live 2 mins from their yard though.
 
Thanks Urban Monkey. Please spread the word as we still need more labour. What you have identified is exactly what we do.
 
Everyone gets a day rate but we have to monitor it against what you do. All companies do that. The good side is that if you produce more, you can earn more.

We are not unfair so your day rate won't get knocked if you are down on production due to the site or other conditions outside of your control.
 
Do you have work around bedford? An what are the average day rates for a part 1

Nothing really close to Bedford Skelly. We have a very busy refurb site in Luton, and new build sites in Wendover, Wantage and Hockliffe. They would be the nearest to you.

Part 1 rates are the hardest to set as it really depends on how much you can do, but I am sure we could start you on something fair and review within a month once we now how good you are.
