Funny you say that Phil I went swimming last weekend after f u c k knows how long and I've whacked on a black and white pair of Lacoste shorts thinking " i might look fat but I still look the bollox "
As im walking thru the locker room into the pool I've clocked myself in the mirror and and It finally dawned on me but it was too late as about 20 ppl in the pool looked up and I could tell they were all thinking the same thing I was...................

I taught a Yank a few years back mate and I swear I have never seen a bigger man ,
He had to have his belly stapled to make his stomach smaller ,
And was told he would if he didn't loose weight he would die,
And for lunch he had 2 burgers and chips with 2 portions of nachos a can of coke and a mars bar ,
And I suppose he was around 24 stone
And had a wet suit custom made .
The point Iam trying to make is its only you that stops you doing things by making excuses for yourself

I'm walking to and from work at 4 miles a go plus swimming so for once might loose weight this winter instead of putting it on
