I work for the Client so not involved with employing scaffs only ensuring the job is put up safe, on time and in line with the contract. I believe there is always job opportunists for trained scaffolders in the ship yard. I an sure the lads that are here get.

Workers get In camp accommodation ( Foremen get living out allowance)
Three meals a day
Full Medical
Paid leave and flights home (after initial period)
Rate of pay is rather low though by Dubai rates for scaffolders, and it is a long day in the heat of the summer...not sure British lads will be too happy to apply as they seem to want a lot more

I do not have details on package......I only know what the lads let on

Good loads of hours. That will suit the power station boys. Are hours in excess of 24 paid at an enhanced rate?

The games fecked now these agencies expect people to work 28 hours a day for the same rate as they get for 24.

Got a mate out there running contracts,some of the guys out there are earning £9 a day!!!!!! Most are Indians or Nepalese.
