FIREFIGHTERS from Exmouth were called to the Magnolia Centre on Monday evening after guttering was spotted hanging from a building.
The fire crew used a ladder to reach the guttering from the first floor of the building.
A fire brigade spokesperson said: "The fire service received a call from police reporting guttering hanging from the first floor of a building in a dangerous position.
