Does anybody know if there are any step by step erection guides for erecting scaffold? Something like a CISRS training manual particularly for hanger and buttress scaffolds.
 
As far as i'm aware theres no erection guides for butress & hanger scaffolds as these are advanced & desighn only scaffolds & you should be following your own set of RAMs as well as the drawing- all advanced scaffolders will have been taught the correct sequence etc whilst on the course.
the new TG20:13 desighn & operational guide will help out with all the basic structure & the cd that forms the desighn suite will allow u to check & verify that the scaffold you are erecting is complient. Hope this helps
 
Thanks matey. You have confirmed what I've been trying to tell our Project Manager. If there were a book for step by step scaffolding every numpty would be having a go.
 
Thats why scaffolders av to do courses & nvqs m8 if we could learn it all outta a book we'd all be priject managers lol
