Any suggestions. Scaffolding front elevation of terraces for reroof of front, need guardrail up to ridge. How can this be done without going onto neighbours roof? How do we provide protection?

Guardrail

Yep.
Know how to do it but how can you do it safely and still get the job? Cant go on neighbours roof, cant go on roof or they wouldn't be able to reroof:

Hilti side off house and punch tubes out the hilti rings take your guard rail up ?

Assume it's a terraced house rich?

Surely if they are just changing the front roof then just sail tubes just past ridge then put standards onto the back roof, then tie both sets of handrails together?

I was thinking that but if a terraced roof as long as you sail over a bit each end why would they need hand rail up the sides ?

We used to have to put them on council work, they said otherwise the roofers might just wander off down the roofs!

Lol Isit never done guard rail up ( terraced ) roofs to be fair

In the past we've used a 6m ali beam fitted off the 2 end standards with swivels which is self supporting easy to handle up the roof on put 1 swivel on & push the end down to the desired angle & fix the other 3 - this way no risk getting onto the roof or impede the reroofing

If the roof is quite a lengh and needs standards to stabilise the handrail use adjustable jacks so the roofers can lift them and put them back as the roof progresses.
