DSL is well placed to grow further in the UK and Overseas

Siteserv plc the parent company of Deborah Services Limited, the UK based company (comprising of three divisions: Scaffolding, Industrial Services and Access Equipment Hire & Sales), has successfully restructured its debt profile.
As a result the DSL business is well placed financially to compete into the future. Siteserv has teamed up with a new investment partner (Telecoms billionaire Mr Denis O’Brien, chairman of Digicel Group).
Siteserv has more than 2300 employees and sub-contractors within the UK and Ireland. The company holds a strong market position in all of its core sectors and has expanded through acquisition in its chosen market sectors.
Brian Harvey, Chief Executive, Siteserv stated ‘‘we are delighted with the partnership we have built with our new partner and we believe that this will enable us to consolidate and strengthen the ambitions of Siteserv in the UK, Ireland and internationally, both through organic and acquisitions. In addition I believe teaming up with a new partner will provide security and strengthen our balance sheet and in turn provide a great opportunity to capture growth opportunities in the future’’.
