Are there any scaffolders who drive their lorries to and from a job/site and do not use their tacho's or drivers card, I was led to believe by a traffic cop who stopped me that if we are making one trip and working within a 100kms of our base I only need to have a daily record of total hours on duty and total hours work and the total of both added together
