just had a call from a bird saying she needs men at didcot for 2 wks...........
wait for it................no digs or bonus agency called ce something
 
terrible aint it,, i had a call 4 pembroke earlyer but was the same.. no diggs travel or bonus,,, killing the blue book jobs.
 
told her to get fucked,she said do you av your own ppe,i says no its against the law,she replies well we have your number and will be in touch,i told her not to bother unless your paying digs etc
 
Cheeky Bastar.ds they are but the boys from a certain part of the country will be on it like a shot. They are ruining it for everyone else.
 
just phoned them up and its ON SITE RECRUITMENT and i asked if they were paying digs and they said they havent been awarded DIDCOT yet and they couldnt tell me if they was paying digs.They only got the phone call yesterday and started to advertise today for it.To be honest Claire didnt know much at all.Typical TART for ya
 
Are the Agencies scimming off the top ?---who bank rolls the Agencies ?---I smell a feckin RAT here...whats the UNIONS doing ???
 
It goes one of two ways.THE COMPANY pays for none productive staff out of our dig money.Managers.If its an agencie THE COMPANY doesent have to pay the holliday pay and keeps the dig money and the agencie has to get something out of it so there goes our bonus
 
Is it not enough that we subsidise the H&S wallers now we got these Agency PARASITES---living off the backs of the Scaffs---and you know the worst of it, WE let them off with it...

Can I just say some think I'm an agency. I'm not I post the job I see to help.

An all why can't every union worker in country have a mass stand down over this. The union will not listen to one voice. Double arm is right

The scaffolding massive need to stick together.

2 lads have just left the job ive have just started on in Oxford with QFS from kent.have been told by another lad that the job at didcot is only 5 days 8hrs a day and only for there for the pre outage...and have been lured there with the promises of further work after at other power stations.....capes all over, promise you what you want to hear and them 2/3 weeks later your back on the dole...

D.arm am I right in thinking that the unions are meant to agree the new blue book rates this month, since year they were froze.

It's time for radical intervention! SF should set up their own agency a non profit earning company. To help we the backbone of the industries access.
 
Sorry but i dont know if the Union are meant to agree with the rates this month,my father was always a Union Man and to be honest i cant do with Unions.To me unions are for lazy Fooookers and thats why the Union arnt helping example lodge money.Now if you own your own buisness i bet you wouldnt want the Union involved in it.This isnt made out to be bad but look at all the lazy foookers that always seem to get kept on..

yeah make you right there offshorescaff they get through there employes like smarties when there busy your the best thing since slice bread when there quite your gone no loyalties.all there lies are true lol.
 
the game is f##ked lads no1 sticks together any more its every man for there selfs bring back the good old days with out scaffs these new builds ,shutdowns,project jobs would be up the creek us codheads set the ball rolling last time and every 1 stuck together and we won
