debris netting ...tg20

hi

i really should already know the answer to this, but doubting myself as usual

standard 3 x 1.50m high lift tube and fitting scaffold to new housing project, if we add debris netting to it, does it have to be engineer designed ?

Defiantly tied make sure you attach it to the outside otherwise your agent could moan

just check the tg:20 manual for the tie pattern,all the information you need reguarding the wind areas and height can easily be worked out on the supplied table and like steve said fix to the outside lolo - prob be a 4m grid on the ties

Do you have to fix Aberdeen transoms at braced standards.

Just hang the netting on the inside by the double bolts on the ledgers and if it gets windy it will blow on the lift without any stress to the scaffold

Yes and an additional lift of ties under the last lift, I think that is about it.
