Hi Guys, heres one for all the experts, i have been reading with great intrest the debates with ref to ECITB tickets and CISR, (think i got that right) my question is if i ever wanted (and beleive me i dont) to go back on the tools would i need to start from scratch, I hold NVQ Levels 1,2,3 D32-33 Assessor, D34 I/V and a CITB advanced card (not gold) and by the way from what i have read about card issues, in my opinion its just a money making exercise, and an absurd ruling to put guys with 10,15,20 years behind them through such an ordeal, the assess route should come back into force for the likes of scaffs mentioned, look forward to your comments.

lol,duracell a hope mate.by the looks of things and the general posts of more learned men than me the case seems to be as you commented bob,i also agree its a money maker for me.shame on them if this action is carried out,taking a living from thousands of experianced men.
You would need to do the touchscreen health and safety test then apply for the CISRS gold card. Your NVQ level 3 is advanced, check out CSC on the internet.

No, there are 3 elements needed to obtain a CISRS card, CISRS practical training, S/NVQ and H&S test.
CISRS Scaffolder cards are only issued when the operative has undertaken the relevant CISRS training Pt 1 and Pt2, achieved the S/NVQ Level 2 in Access and Rigging Operations and passed a CSkills H&S test
To reach Advanced they must carry out all of the above plus the CISRS Advanced course, S/NVQ Level 3 in Access and Rigging Operations and passed the CSkills H&S test.
