Yep. if you have paid money out for this qualification you can bet that the job you are applying for requires a different qualification.
All in all you don't need training to become a supervisor, you need experience, training centres will rob you left right and centre to get you on courses to tell you stuiff you already know. I have spent my time working in training centres and the majority of courses are all the same.

DS i fully understand were you are coming from with this one
BUT i have had job offers only to be declined because i dont have the supervisors card,another case of ive got the card but i cant do the job

What qualification have u got as an advanced smsts would be superior to the supervisors card only
