CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Changes From 1 10 2015

Thats a big read but tbh we've been moaning for years that we are the most heavily regulated trade on site & although it will bring other trades in line with us this will be hard to impliment- obviously plumbers & sparkies have to have qualifications but brickies, chippies painters plaster & all associated yrades on site dont- most companies stopped giving out apprentiships years ago & most guys on site normally learn their trade on the tools.....looks likethe college's are gonna do a boom with guys trying to get a nvq to continue working
