Don't know if you're up on the UK building scene and its practices, legitimate or otherwise, being as you're in the Philippines/Vietnam/wherever but the only card number of anyone else's you can 'use' would be the CIS (UTR)* no. Though as I said this would be fraud and as such, would be subject to the full letter of UK law.

Stonedrose, You Cant Use Anyones Cis Card Either, Its Utr Number Is Unique To You Hence The Name Unique Tax Reference Number. Oh And The Sc60 Was A Great System So Was The Old 714 With Vouchers, Why The Hell Did They Change Things?
