CRB Checks ???

Can you work on heathrow if you have violence on your record ,or has anyone worked on a big job anywhere after CRB but with a record .Is it up to employers discretion???
Isnt scottish disclosure the same thing ?

They are similar mate, I'd say you will be royally fuc.ked if it says convicted for violence on a disclosure. Unless it is spent and over 5 years old that is. I have leaving the scene of an accident on mine from when I wrote my motor off. Will be spent anyway in July but I haven't had any problems with that conviction. Apart from getting insurance on the Trad company vehicle of course :laugh:
