Crawley driver’s car collides into scaffolding

Cant get my head around some folk, something like that is going to attract a lot of attention, press, possible police, maybe HSE, locals taking photos as well, perfect time to show how good a firm you are, then turn up, no harness and no ladder to get on job. you've got to go belt and braces.
