Yes. You turn left at silly goatee beard, chuck a right at failed supervisor and its about half a mile down on the left, just passed the unused algerian visa.

According to Google Maps before you chuck a right at failed supervisor you do a left at miner's helmet and go straight across staircase roundabout.
