costs of s/h scaffolding

Hi All
Does anyone know the cost of second hand tube and fittings ?
Guesstimate £0,30 per foot and £0.50 per double sound about right ??

I think the days of 45p per foot are long gone. Dont think there's much difference between new and used unless your lucky and find someone that wants a quick sale!!
 
Incidentally how much is tube per foot brand spanking both steel and ally, I'm not starting my own firm I'm just a nosey basterd :)
 
my gaffer pays £1.10 per foot brand new and apparantley that's good,there is a thinner gauged steel from china that's about 0.80 per foot if u get it at the right time and he often hires brand new from various hire companies then buys it rather than return it as then its second hand,good way to get nearly new gear,think he gets charged 80p a foot second hand.if u av a waggon and willing to travel theres allways loads on ebay,fittings can vary from a quid upwards but its so expensive,thats why ur allways getting a boll ocking for leaving a base plate at the job!!!
 
We got offered new if we was buying 250 long at a time for 70p aft

Ebay is a prime example of why not to paint LSD on your eyeballs, snort drain cleaner and drink Kestral super. Assuming that is what the lads buying and selling the kit on there do, because the prices that they charge and pay don't half make me chuckle!:eek:
 
Il do u new 3.2mm 66p a foot and 4mm at 0.70
 
Current prices with discount £0.77p per foot fittings vary from £1.00 upwards
 
Allscaff do you supply anything? And can you sort delivery? Bought a shitload of 3.2 of past 6 months and paid good few pence more per foot! ��
 
This load of 3.2 is 0.70 plus vat
Got some s/h 0.65 cash
