Duties include:
Managing & supervising scaffolders and trainees on day to day basis
Motivating, training and developing scaffolder’s and trainees
Ensuring jobs are completed on time, safely, and within budget
Planning and organising jobs of varying sizes -
Site surveys
Production of risk assessments and method statements
Liaising with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend site meetings
Working with colleagues in team environment
Carrying out inductions & toolbox talks
Reporting directly to business owners.
Have excellent communication and organisation skills
Minimum CISRS advanced
SSSTS or SMSTS TRAIN
IT literate including competency with MS Office applications
Hold a current driving licence
Normal working hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however it is possible you will need to work outside these hours to ensure successful fulfilment of duties.
In other words as and when required.
