SMSTS scaffolding supervisor required.
Will work along side labour manager to control quality.
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the day to day efficient management of the direct employed scaffolder labour force.
Below is a brief description of the duties to be carried out; please be aware this is not exhaustive and the completion of similar work may be required:
•Ensure the daily programming of labour resource to within job costing constraints
•To maintain a safe working strategy within the area of responsibility
•To plan & organise site delivery & collection of scaffold stock
•To ensure Scaffold Engineering Design is complied with.
•1st line communication with clients in respect of programming of resource
•To ensure that site operatives are compliant with SG4-10
•The protection of all company assets whilst on and/or /travelling to /from sites
Skills,
CITB Advanced scaffolder
•Scaffold Supervisor course (Preferred)
•CSCS level 3
•Scaffold inspection certificated (Preferred)
The person
Previous experience of supervision within the scaffolding industry
Clean driving licence, good literacy & communication skills
