I feel the wage package is on the low side, but not knowing the size of the company offering the position I thought I would pass it on anyway.
I checked the agency guy out on LinkedIn which gave me his phone no and email address.

My Client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager specializing in Scaffolding required for a nationally recognized scaffolding specialist based in London.
Previous experience as a Scaffolding Contracts Manager is essential and candidates must hold a valid CISRS/CSCS scaffold card.
Duties to include running jobs (Mainly Central London) from inception stage to final account, supervision of scaffolders and materials.
My client is looking for a quick turnaround and is offering a package of £40k-£55k DOE + travel for the right candidate with interviews to start the week beginning the 10th.
