Our client is growing scaffolding company who are part of a large construction group based in central Essex. Trading for over 15 years business is now growing at a steady rate and the business now requires a new Contracts Manager to join the team. Projects are across the South East and London in the Construction, Refurbishment and Industrial sectors.
About the Role:
•Responsible with Method Statements & Risk Assessments
•Dealing with Health & Safety on site
•Running projects from handover to completion
•Overseeing multiple projects
•Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients
About the Candidate:
•Experienced in Contracts Managing in a competitive environment
•Large project experience in commercial or industrial sectors
•A track record of good customer relationships, managing through the process from inception to completion
•Excellent client facing skills
•Minimum 5 years' Contract Management experience
