hours of work
your normall working hours of work are 45 per week,8am to 5.30pm monday to friday with a 30 min unpaid break each day. you may be reguired to work additional hours including weekends, when authorised and as a necessitated by the needs of the bussiness

remunertation

your wage is currently £6.00 per hour £.150 attendance bonus per hours payable weekly in arreare in cash/bycredit transfer as detailed on your pay statment you will be paid at single time for any authorised additional hours worked

annual hoilday

you hoilday year beginees first of jan and end 31st december each year.you will recieve a paid hoilday entitlment of four working weeks during a complete holiday year. for part years of service your entitlement will be calculated as 1/12th of the annual entitlement for each completed mounthof service during that holiday year
condition relating to thetaking of anuual holidays are shown in the empployee hand book to which you should refer

publice/bank holidays

in addition to the annual holidays entitlement you are allowed the following public/bank holidays each year with pay or alternative days as secided by us

good friday easter monday first monday in may the last monday in may the last friday in august


sickness pay consitions

there is no ontractual sickness/injury payments scheme in addition to ssp

procedures for dealing with capability issues

hte procedures that will apply when dealing with the capability issues that may arise during the course of your employment including dismissal on the grounds of capability are shown under the heading capability and capability dismissale procedures in the emplotee handbook to which you should reder for the avoidance of dout these procedures will also incoporate (on a non contractual basis) the prceedures shown under the heading general dismissal and appeal procedures where legally reguired

£7.50 a hour is poor scaff 1989 exspecially if your working your fingers to the bone your get more at macdonalds flipping burgers!! if your scaffolding and putting in the work you want the money mate but saying that my wife wipes ars!es as a carer and she only gets 680 a hour wrong!! if you loose £1,50 attendence for not turning inn jesus it wouldnt be worth working!!! get your part 2. 1 day assecement ticket sorted or get a desent firm that respects you and say see you later alligator

thats it but its 6 weeks away and this less the nmw has really sickend me this week when dropping a day, crnt even look at the gaffer just wanna kick his cant in dont wanna go back in after the funeral like really dont cna get 300 a week cash for another firm and as long as its going up his not arsed till my p4 comes threw but you never know when that will be
 
The NMW is £6.08ph which is over your basic rate. Your boss should be rich or he's got expensive habits.
