Concerns raised over scaffolding at former Weavers Arms Rochdale

You'd think the residents of Rochdale would have more important matters to bring to the authorities attention other than a stagnant scaffold.
 
I would think the council should be more interested in the condition of the building as opposed to the scaffold. The untied walls and gable including chimney may well be a greater danger than the scaffold.

I would consider the scaffold may even be a protection against falling rubble.
