Our client is growing scaffolding company who are part of a large construction group based in central Essex. Trading for over 15 years, business is now growing at a steady rate and the business now requires a new Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Projects are across the South East and London in the Construction, Refurbishment and Industrial sectors.
Due to recent success in tendering major Scaffolding projects in the South East and London region, including commercial, residential and industrial projects our client now require a Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to manage the contract administration for several projects concurrently.
You will have full responsibility for all commercial matters for the scaffolding projects while liaising with the project team. You will also have the ability to conduct presentations for clients.
Ideally you will have several years’ experience in a similar role with a scaffolding contractor coupled with the relevant qualifications.
