My Client is aiming to build a strong commercial quantity surveying department dealing with applications, variations, and cost control. Through their business acumen and excellent control of costs associated with each contract their aim will be to establish a strong reputation for first class service and reliability.
The position of Commercial Manager will require good communication skills and professionalism in dealing with their Clients providing Applications and variation build-ups on a regular basis as required by the contract terms and conditions.

Take your adverts and scaffolding 'pole' references to the jobs section mate.

I could do that, please please please please please please pick me , go on , be your best friend. Seriously though, those shiny squares to the right are adverts by people who pay, you could do that ?

Another standard commercial job described in a pointless and generic way.

I have an out of date PTS and can take jobs up 301ft with single standards, I will need an interpreter at the interview and when liaising with clients as I don't speak English.

I can speak absolute sh1te in a roundabout and vague manner without actually saying anything of any meaning. I like turtles.

• Are you paying digs?
• Hello Jason?
• When does offshore kick off?
• Aberthaw?
• Algeria?
• I have a vast collection of videos of the jobs I've put up, you can find them on YouTube?
• Bullet point?

When do I start? Can I have a van?
