clean environment working

Got some big birdcages in a food prep area, the client is insisting on plastic or laminated boards, anyone know where to get them or hire them from, I have been quoted £27 each for 4m boards !!!!!! thats ok if your only using a few but I'm going to need 2,000 and may not need them again.
Your help please lads, wooden boards are not an option even if covered ,too hot they would warp if not kiln dried.:sad:

It would be a bit time consuming but have you thought about wrapping them in industrial cling film ? (its very cheap)

Thanks Phil, could be an option for me also, working in pharma plants often have to erect scaffolds in clean rooms.
