Does anybody have the Clauses in Excel format?
I am using Case and adding the clauses in which is not a problem, but more and more contractors require you to fill out their supplied excel speadsheet which is fine.
I was looking at adding the claused onto a tab of the document then send though and Highlighting the relevant applicable clauses for that project.
im awear that when we get to Pre Contract they will just wipe them all out but the MD wants them on every quote.
Any help will be appriciated as I dont want to type them all out off CASE
