That made me laugh " eagerly anticipated TG20:13" By who? Simian so they can fleece more money out of scaffs.These self appointed scaffolding safety firms are making a fortune of our backs.Notice they work closely with NASC making more rules and regulations they can then charge for courses.What powers do these organizations have? Recommendations that's all.HSE they are the ones to worry about.
 
the HSE have the NASC and CISRS as BEST PRACTICE why i dont know as most scaffold collapses in the uk are by their members if my info is correct;)
