Sh1te though when you are on your last night at home and thinking of going back, then all you have is nightmares
haha ffs GM the man is not even home yet and your talking about going back.
Remember it well though, not a finer site in this world than filling with fuel and loading up with crap sandwiches and seeing Aberdeen in your mirror. The other way is a complete nightmare as well though. I had to miss an entire trip to get married which meant 6 weeks at home well 2 of them were in Mexico but the night I finally had to leave it was like the hokey cokey, I had one foot in and one foot out but as always the thinking about it was much harder than the doing.

Was working on the Morcambe bay project when i got married for the 2nd time in the 80`s, got off on a Friday and could only have my 2 weeks home leave, so hence no honeymoon as such just everyday in the pub getting as much down the throat as possible
