just to get them used to walking on boards at height without any handrail

or on a tower block,walking around a corner were the wind catches them.

your not wrong mate,i belive a tv set was thrown out of one of the flats near the top.just missing scaffs.

I did hear rumours that the feckers used to stick needles to the underside of handrails, like the bastterds did to a load of scaffs in wolverhampton.
