capes

i have worked for them on the beach down in the south west and south Wales and never had any problems...also have been employed by them offshore on and off for the last 8 yrs and again no problems. personally got to say out of all the firms i have worked in 31 yrs they have to be the best....but then different lads,different sites and supervision/management different outlook...
 
I agree with offshorescaff it all depends on what site and what gaffers you work under.
On the occasions I've worked for Capes, I've had different experiences with them. But the money was always right and paid on time.
 
They are a good firm I have worked offshore for them for the last two years and never had a problem, but as they said above it depends on your gaffer if he's a **** then your trip will be ****, but I have been lucky and they all have been sound.....where you off to with them?
 
12 years with cape on and off no problems hourly rate could be beter but premium hours make up for it. as stated above depens what job your on but most seem fair exspecially south east division
