Yes Phil, but imagine how much the shareholders could have got if they had employed cockneys instead of the usual best mates and relatives from Scotland that Cape seem to employ as senior management.

Cape sacked a quantity surveyor on a job in Australia as he was useless then made him scaffold manager of a job in Algeria as his brother is high up in Cape. Maybe you know them?? Nepotism and the purple circle is rife especially in Oz. How long before theres a Glencoe??? hahaha
