How long are these 50 lads expected to get on the project? Capes adverts never say

There is a core of around 30 lads that have been there from day one
And most will hopefully get kept on when the whole plant starts to produce

Now the second part of the platform is in place (DP) the work is about to
Go mental. Apparently there is over 600 ton to be erected on the DP side
Any new lads coming on will most likely get 6/8 trips before a down man
And they are still considering going 3/3 . All the best to anyone who gets
