cape buying rigblast

That would be a surprise.. maybe the scaff division, but the whole of RB is massive, havent heard owt myself..

odear me a bigger cape means more employees and more wages to f#ck up the end is nigh .

cant see it myself, one of the biggest investors in rbg sold out last month but john raes ashleigh group still owns 50% and is the major share holder.
i personally think it would be bad for scaffolders alround,as well as other trades because when there are only 3 players out there just now,and being a scaffolder involves falling out with people in HR who hold grudges it doesnt leave too many opportunities for you

a march 7 article stated Stork Technical services is the bidding party.

......The other is Stork apparently purchasing RBG. It was suggested to me that I would be surprised by the Dutch group stepping in to take asset integrity maintenance contractor RBG to the next level. I’m not.

Stork already has a significant Aberdeen presence and appears to have been a good parent to asset integrity specialist iicorr, since it purchased the firm from CorrOcean of Norway in 2006.

Assuming the deal completes, I’ve no reason to suppose that the Dutch group won’t be anything but a dependable home for RBG, and that the company currently led by Dave Workman will indeed flourish.

At the time of writing this was not a done deal, as private equity provider BC Partners of London is also regarded as a front-runner to take possession from Ashley Group (chairman is John Ray) and 3i, who are said to be keen sellers.

i wonder if the new owners will stipulate that the girls in hr should answer their phones,or at the very least listen to the voicemails that desperste men seeking work leave
