Scaffolder told me a story years ago a firm done the palace and a journalist offered one of the scaffolders a ton to stand on her balcony and wave ( in the 80s I think) so he did it later on that day he got a tug from plod and got a £500 fine lol

Incidently who was the geezer that climbed to her room and once in there he asked for a light hehe infact she made him a cupa lol again think that was in the 80s?
