British Entrepreneur Buys Palmers

is that the same guy who was high up with(if not the owner of) Northern
Got to be good Palmers have been flagging for years it was only the railway work that kept them in the game;)
 
Is the buyer the guy who was very high up in Northern Scaffolding ?
If I'm right he was a very clever guy who ended up at Palmers and when they took heavy chunks of the Industrial work in Scotland IE UIE NIGG BAY AND ARDERSIER not to mention all the railway work
I may be wrong can anyone confirm;)
 
i believe he owned NSS out of flint , that went skint and was brought out by palmers fair few years ago
