im not sure you can just expect to walk in to a job like that after 6 years away what about people over here applying and trying for them sort of jobs .
why dont you go back on the tools for a while and you work your way up again or is that a bit below you.

Quality personnel, able to perform in the aforementioned positioned are rare. I for one will be hoping to speak to Ian on his return to the UK.

As an overall industry view, there are far to few experienced scaffolders being encouraged to look at the possibility of moving into supervision, estimating or contract management.

its difficult to get into a position to be offered a supervisory role these days
