hey boys i just seen a job on gumtree, in aberdeen, 800-1000,per week, my man managed to get a job more local starts tomo, but i thought i would let u know about this one. good luck
 
on gumtree put in scaffolding jobs and and there was a job posted tonight, on it a guy called willie with a mobile number give him a phone....... he says transport req but not ess. and it was for a part 1 n 2 scaff.... you do know how to get gumtree lol... use google its a website.... i entered jobs edinburgh on it and thats where i found this guys ad.
 
800-1,00 a week in Aberdeen ?? they pay around £11-13 hour for street work there.. sounds good if its genuine..
 
sorry i never took the number, but it still should be on gumtree, just type in scaffolding jobs on gumtree and it should come up.
 
this be the keith job,brewery distillery 12 hour shifts 6am to6pm and wait for it........its price yes 12hour shifts on price have never heard of that,anyway the jobs no digs no travel also all the guys i know who went up rapt it quick style.also lot of boys a know have gave it a wide bearth,think its what we call in the game a bad job.
 
there still vacancies up in keith, but im not sure yet what the script is up there. thanks celticbhoy for the information, i wish i had read your quote yesterday lol. my man travelled up there last night and started this morning. he said they r men short and he is tryin to find out if the boys are getting there wages properly.
 
it was hourly rate 15.40 he said then few lads went up,all of a sudden it was price strange or what.phnd me last week to do a strip in aberdeen 12,000 sq for 6grand no digs or travel the jobs 150ft high a heard thats 50p a metre down and he was seriouse lol a laughed him off the phn kank.hope ur man gets a better deal,heard they were doubling the labour on the job.besta luck.

hiya again boys, i wish i had not said anything about this job, celticbohy was spot on.2 men are on the way bk from up north. they do have more labours, and its all done through an agency where seamingly you can claim your expences back. the rate of pay was still not given, they said it was at price work for 2 weeks then off for 1 week...but the question was what was the price of the work....still to find out it was never said. digs were 15 quid a night and shared with people that dont no the meaning of sleep. if you live up there it is a distillary with 40 whiskey sheds gettin refurbished. i think its a dundee company running the show, for sweetie money. i cant imagine any of you doing a job without knowing what the price was. it was a pure waste of time and money spent.i wish i could delete this advert. the company must have something to hide if they cant keep people and advertise on gumtree. its a joke i wish i had more details of the whiskey bond so i could tell them that a mickey mouse company got the contract, and to see if they were opening a new disney land up there.btw no need for abusing folk on here, everyone of us are in the same boat, working class folk trying to help each other out.Manners dont cost anything.

I hope we will still hear from you and hubbie, as you have stated, we are all in the same boat, your thread has identified a shortcomming in employment T&C's being related to the guys till they actually pull on the belts, to start graft.

same story from up there again,the agenceys vital one lad i pnd to find out more said that an umbrella company dose the wages for them sterling they are called,you have to pay them 20 quid for that pleasure then they take a percentage for future holidays every week,on complaining at this they said he had no option in this matter and they took the money.
 
dave thats nowt a firm ran down here by chap going by the name bill gardner charges es men a score a day from there wages to get the work from him,the other day 4 boys left at 4pm he docked em all two hours each the next morning he pulls up in his big fancy motor in the pishing rain and starts waving the said dosh out the window to the guys.needless to say the guys 24stone bare knuckle bully,now thats savage mate.
